CAREribean LLC was established from an observation by Rick Slade that consumers of facility support services were sourcing these services on a piecemeal basis. This piecemeal approach did not lend itself to coordination of services, nor did it provide the best possible combination of services. CAREribean LLC’s concept involves the marriage of all disciplines in the delivery of facility and shared support services and products to commercial, industrial, residential, retail companies and government agencies. With over 50 over years’ experience, CAREribean LLC offers, but not be limited to the following areas for facility support services: Facility and Concierge Services; HVAC, Janitorial/Maid Services; Decontamination and Infection Control Services; Landscape and Grounds keeping; Special Trades Contracted Services; and Inventory Management.
Ann Slade – Board Chairwoman / Member
Ann Slade has over 30 years facilities/project management, information systems technology and development, personnel management, and human resources applications experience. She was the lead project and resource manager on major efforts across large corporate and organization HR information systems projects for AT&T and IBM. Ann has a B.S. from Hampton University. She received a Masters Certification in Project Management from George Washington University and attained Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Patrick Slade – Director of Finance & Operations / Member
Patrick Slade has over 15 years of experience in finance, facilities maintenance, contract management, and business administration. He has the core ability to liaise effectively with clients and contractors. He achieved an Associates Degree in Accounting from Guilford Technical Community College and two years training in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is trained and certified as a Residential Living Specialist with the RALAcademy.
Fiona Slade – Director of Client, Vendor & Contractor Services / Member
Fiona Slade is a business professional with experience in providing a broad range of administrative support functions including customer service. She has efficient administrative and record-keeping abilities, and is competent in MS Office applications, as well as industry-specific information systems. She has over 10 years of experience servicing the consumer bases for Citigroup and LabCorp. She is trained and certified as a Residential Living Specialist with the RALAcademy.
Rickey G. Slade – Director of Facilities, Security & Sales / Board / Member
Rickey Slade is a creative and savvy business manager with over 30 years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial security, and business management. He has managed contracts with government and national companies including the State of North Carolina, the cities of Greensboro and Winston-Salem, Bank of America, UPS, AT&T and Duke Energy. He has certification and training from the Department of Defense Facility Officer National Industrial Security Program and the Criminal Justice Program at Pfeiffer University.
Ricky D. Slade - Director of Marketing & Sales / Member
A highly motivated business & real-estate professional with over 25 years experience in Consumer Relations, Sales & Marketing, B2B Communication, Product Ideation, and Training Development. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Belk School of Business, with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Working for companies such as Citigroup Inc., United Healthcare, Charter Comm, he developed considerable expertise for identifying client needs, creating solutions, and building effective relationships with consumers. Ramar Williams is a business manager with over 20 years experience in providing maintenance, personnel, facilities support, and janitorial services. He has in-depth skills and knowledge in facilities maintenance, contract management, and business administration. Carpet cleaning certification in compliance with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration (IICRC) and all staff is trained and certified in compliance with OSHA 10 certification.
Onytia Hewett –A.Q Cleaning Service / Commercial/Residential Cleaning / Member
In her business, Onytia ensures operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Justin Brown founded Natural Concerns Landcare LLC in 2018. As a teenager, Justin gained his initial professional green industry experience working with a reputable landscape company within an elite Golf Course in North Carolina. Justin later graduated from MSU with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and shortly after returned to school where he obtained his Associates Degree in Sustainable Horticulture. Throughout Justin's 10+ years of experience, he has received his Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) Certification, Interlock Concrete Paver Institute (OCPI) Certification, and his North Carolina Landscape Contractor License.
